At Peace In My Garden

Currently, all but one of the small format art quilts designed and created for Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative (AAQI)  have been designated for sale at the Houston International Quilt Festival. None of these quilts have yet seen the wonderful quilters in Houston,  or the fabulous arena there, so they all qualified for selection.

One, and only only quilt was made in time for last year's selection, and had such a wonderful time seeing the sights and being seen in return. Unfortunately, it made the quilt scene at the last minute, and didn't get the viewing and loving time that it deserved and somehow just did not get snapped up and purchased before closing!

So, it is still available for purchase and as it's been to Houston already, sigh..it has to stay home with AAQI and not be placed into the lovely bins with all of the other beautiful little quilts and be able to see the sights again!

Since, it can no longer be selected and brought to the 2013 IQF AAQI booth. It is still for sale, by donation to AAQI and Alzheimer's research funding and is:
